SleekView table view for Writesonic Pro

Writesonic Pro writes at scale. The audit view should keep up.

Writesonic Pro pipes the prompt through its hosted models and pastes the response back into WordPress as a draft or post. The cloud owns the model call. WordPress owns the artifact: a row in wp_posts with author, status and modified date plus wp_postmeta keys describing the template, model and tone selected.

That artifact is what an editorial team can govern, and what the default Posts screen exposes poorly. SleekView reads the same wp_posts rows and the same meta directly. Template, model and tone become first-class columns next to title and status. Sort by date, filter to landing-page drafts on a specific model, or pull every generation on a confident tone, without opening any post.

Inline edits route through wp_update_post and update_post_meta. Post-save hooks still fire, taxonomy updates still propagate and the Writesonic Pro integration's meta stays consistent on update.

Workflow

How SleekView reads Writesonic Pro data

1

Pick the post type

Choose the post type Writesonic Pro writes into. SleekView lists every wp_posts column plus the template, model and tone meta keys it finds in wp_postmeta.
2

Compose the column set

Add title, status, author and date alongside template, model and tone. Hide what you do not need so the table matches a real triage workflow.
3

Save and scope the view

Name it ("Landing pages on confident tone", "Email sequence drafts") and gate by WordPress capability so each role sees the right slice.
4

Edit inline or export

Bulk-flip status, switch authors or fix tone in the row. Edits route through wp_update_post, or export the filtered set to CSV.

Sample columns

A typical Writesonic Pro drafts table

SleekView joins wp_posts with Writesonic Pro's postmeta keys so template and tone sit as real columns next to status and author.

Comparison

Default Writesonic Pro admin vs SleekView

Default Writesonic Pro admin

Features

What SleekView gives you for Writesonic Pro

Template meta as real columns

Surface Writesonic Pro's template, model and tone keys from wp_postmeta alongside title and status. The triage view replaces a wall of titles with a sortable column set.

Table or kanban of the same data

Toggle between a sortable table and a kanban grouped by template or status. Same Writesonic Pro drafts, two operational shapes for two different teams.

Compose precise filters

Combine status, template, tone and author into a saved filter. "Confident-tone landing pages" becomes a single named view instead of a daily rebuild.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for Writesonic Pro

Editorial leads

Filter to long-form blog drafts on a specific tone and bulk-promote what passes review. Template and tone sit in the row, so triage runs without opening each post.

Marketing teams

Filter to landing-page and email-sequence templates, then route the best variants to design. The table doubles as a campaign queue.

Governance

Filter to AI-stamped drafts to audit disclosure coverage and to catch drafts that lingered far beyond their generation date in wp_postmeta.

The bigger picture

Why Writesonic Pro output needs a real audit table

Writesonic Pro is so quick to trigger that the WordPress draft queue grows faster than the editorial routine can absorb. The default Posts screen exposes title, author, status and date, and leaves the template, model and tone that actually drive the call buried in wp_postmeta. SleekView reads the same rows and the same meta and turns them into a sortable, filterable, inline-editable table.

Editorial leads stop opening every draft to check the template. Marketing stops scrolling for landing pages among long-form posts. Governance stops guessing about disclosure coverage.

The data was always written; the audit view was the missing piece. SleekView fills it with a view layer rather than a parallel store, which keeps the integration's writes intact and the team's existing workflow untouched.
