Easy Listings Pro models a real estate directory as a custom post type with the fields that agents and brokers actually triage on (price, beds, baths, square footage, MLS number, listing status) stored as wp_postmeta keys. The default WordPress posts list shows title, author, and date, so the columns that decide which listing needs an open house or a price drop sit one click deeper than they need to.

SleekView reads the property CPT and pivots _price, _bedrooms, _bathrooms, _square_feet, _mls_number, and _listing_status into named columns at query time. Property type, location, and amenity taxonomies attach as filterable joins, and the agent assigned to each listing surfaces as a column rather than buried in the editor.

The grid matches the real estate workflow. Filter to active listings with no offer and a price drop overdue, sort by days on market and price, bulk-toggle listing status across a group of sold properties, and inline-edit price or status without round-tripping into the editor. Writes route through wp_update_post and update_post_meta so any agent notification or status-change hook Easy Listings registers fires on every change.

A real estate directory lives or dies on inventory hygiene, which is itself a list-management problem. Easy Listings Pro stores enough data to run that operation, but the fields that decide priority (price, days-on-market, listing status, agent) all live in postmeta and never appear on the default admin list. Brokers cannot see at a glance which listings are stale, which agents are carrying the load, or which properties need a price drop because the columns that would show all that do not exist.

SleekView pivots those keys into proper columns at query time. Price band, beds, status, and agent assignment become filters and saved views, and capability gating routes each agent to only their listings. A weekly stale-inventory pass turns into a saved view rather than a manual spreadsheet, and bulk status updates at month-end happen in the grid rather than through dozens of editor clicks.

The directory becomes the workspace it should already have been.
