SleekView for GiveWP: donations and donors as tables
GiveWP stores donations, donors, and recurring subscriptions in dedicated wp_give_donations, wp_give_donors, and wp_give_subscriptions tables. SleekView surfaces all three as sortable, filterable, inline-editable admin grids.

Every donation, donor, and subscription in one view
GiveWP moved away from the WordPress posts table for performance: donations live in wp_give_donations, donor profiles in wp_give_donors, and recurring subscriptions in wp_give_subscriptions. That schema scales well, but the default donation list shows a fixed column set and rarely surfaces the fields a fundraising team actually needs side by side — fund, gateway, fee, lifetime amount.
SleekView reads those tables directly and renders each as a real grid. Donor name, fund, fee, gateway, and net all become configurable columns. Inline edits update the same fields GiveWP writes through its admin screens, so totals on the GiveWP dashboard, scheduled reports, and CSV exports stay in sync with whatever a fundraising lead changed inline.
The result is the donations dashboard most nonprofits build into a separate spreadsheet today: one filter for Recurring active, another for Refunded last 30 days, a third for Major gifts above five thousand dollars. Saved views replace the URL juggling between fund, gateway, and date filters, and a one-click CSV export hands finance the exact column set they need to reconcile against the gateway.
Workflow
From GiveWP custom tables to a fundraising dashboard
Connect to donations
wp_give_donations. Native fields — donation ID, donor, amount, fee, gateway, status, date, fund — are detected and offered as the starting column set.
Join donors and subs
wp_give_donors for lifetime totals and wp_give_subscriptions for recurring status. Custom donation meta — tribute info, comments, custom form fields — promotes to columns on demand.

Features
What SleekView gives you for GiveWP
Sort by gift size
Order donations by amount, fee, or net to surface major gifts and outliers fast. A saved sort on the major-gift threshold becomes the screen the development team checks every morning.
Filter by fund or form
Slice donations by fund, form, or campaign to track performance during a fundraising push. Pair filters with date ranges to compare year-over-year or quarter-over-quarter on demand.
Edit notes inline
Click a row to update internal notes, status, or donor flags without opening each donation. Inline edits write to the same GiveWP fields the official admin uses, so reports stay accurate.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for GiveWP
Fundraising managers
Watch a live donations table during giving days and end-of-year campaigns. Saved views per fund and per gift tier replace a separate spreadsheet for daily ops.
Donor relations
Find recurring donors, lapsed givers, and major gift candidates in one filterable view. Lifetime amount and last-gift date sit on the donor row alongside subscription status.
Finance teams
Reconcile gateway payouts against donation records without exporting to spreadsheets. Filter by gateway and date range, then export the visible columns for the bank reconciliation.
The bigger picture
Why fundraising teams need a real grid
Fundraising operations live or die on tempo. During a giving day or year-end push, the team needs to know which fund is leading by mid-afternoon, which recurring donors lapsed last month, which gifts came in above the major-gift threshold, and which gateway payouts have not landed yet. GiveWP captures all of that data in wp_give_donations, wp_give_donors, and wp_give_subscriptions, but the default donation list is a fixed-column report rather than a working grid.
The usual workaround — exporting CSVs into a spreadsheet and pivoting — works but introduces the very lag a giving day cannot afford. Treating GiveWP data as a real grid in WP Admin keeps the fundraising team in the same place where the donation form, the email integration, and the gateway settings already live. Saved views become the operations dashboard the team revisits hourly during a campaign and weekly during normal operations, with the same numbers GiveWP's own reports show because both read from the same canonical tables.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for GiveWP
Yes. SleekView queries wp_give_donations, wp_give_donors, and wp_give_subscriptions directly, the same tables GiveWP reports read from. Totals match the GiveWP dashboard because both views resolve from the same canonical source.
Yes. Any donation meta — tribute info, public comments, custom form fields, gateway-specific data — can be promoted to a column. Once promoted, the field behaves like any other: sort, filter, group, or include it in CSV exports.
Yes. Inline edits write through the same paths GiveWP uses internally, so a status change made in SleekView is reflected immediately in GiveWP's reports, donor records, and any scheduled exports configured at the plugin level.

Yes. Build a donor view that combines lifetime amount, last gift date, gift count, and active subscription status. The same view can include the next renewal date when you join wp_give_subscriptions, which is what donor stewards usually want to see.
Yes. Subscriptions are a separate view with status, frequency, next renewal date, and total renewals so far. Filter to subscriptions renewing this week, paused subscriptions, or failed renewals, and pair with the donor view to spot at-risk recurring givers.
Yes. Any saved or ad-hoc view exports to CSV with the exact columns and filters you applied. Finance can keep a saved view for monthly reconciliation and download the same column set every month without rebuilding the export.
GiveWP's reports are good for trend-level summaries — totals by fund, by gateway, by month. SleekView covers the day-to-day operational layer beneath those reports: looking at individual donations, fixing notes, reconciling against the gateway, and answering specific questions during a campaign. The two complement each other rather than overlap.

Yes. The currency and gateway columns come from wp_give_donations directly. Filter by gateway to reconcile each processor on its own schedule, or group by currency to see USD, EUR, and GBP totals side by side without exporting.
