Memberium for ActiveCampaign syncs AC contact tags into WordPress and uses them to gate membership, course access and tier rules. Each WordPress user carries an AC contact ID, a synced tag array, a last-sync timestamp and a Memberium status flag, all stored as usermeta the plugin maintains.

The default Memberium admin walks the base one user at a time. The AC side reads it per contact. Neither view turns the membership base into a single table where tier, tag count, contact ID and sync state are visible side by side.

SleekView reads the same Memberium usermeta and joins the WordPress users table. One row per member with tier, tag count, AC contact ID, last sync and status as real columns. Filter to stale rows over 24 hours, sort by tier, pull every member missing a contact ID, all from one sortable screen instead of per-user pages.

Memberium for ActiveCampaign makes AC tags the source of truth for membership and keeps a local usermeta cache so WordPress can gate content without a roundtrip on every request. That design is right for performance and incomplete for operations. The per-user profile answers a support question well; it cannot answer how the base distributes across tiers, which rows are stale, or which members are missing a contact ID.

SleekView reads the same usermeta cache and renders one sortable roster where tier, tag count, contact ID and sync state sit on one row. Stale-sync clusters surface from a filter rather than a manual audit. Inline edits route through Memberium's CRUD so AC tag sync continues to work.

Same data Memberium already writes, used as a cockpit instead of as a paginated archive.
