SleekView for miniOrange SAML SSO
miniOrange SAML SSO maps every IdP login to a WordPress user and writes attribute data to usermeta. SleekView reads those rows and renders the SSO surface as a queryable admin table.

SAML data is rich, SleekView makes it readable
miniOrange SAML SSO handles the protocol: Service Provider configuration, IdP metadata, attribute mapping, just-in-time provisioning. Every successful SAML response enriches wp_users and wp_usermeta with attributes like IdP identifier, department, group, mapped role, and last-login timestamp. If logging is enabled, every authentication writes a row to the SSO log table. The default WordPress Users screen shows almost none of that.
SleekView reads wp_users joined with the miniOrange SAML usermeta keys and the SSO log table as one workspace. One row per user (or one row per login, depending on the saved view) with IdP, mapped role, department, and last-login as filterable columns. Filter to IdP equals Azure AD and last-login before 30 days ago to find stale SSO users. Filter to mapped role equals administrator and IdP equals Okta to verify enterprise role mappings. Save the view and reopen it at access-review time.
The plugin keeps owning SAML responses, signature validation, and JIT provisioning. SleekView only adds the table-shaped reporting layer.

Comparison
Default miniOrange SAML SSO admin vs SleekView
Default miniOrange SAML SSO admin
- SSO log viewer paginates events without cross-user joins
- Per-IdP splits live in CSV exports rather than the admin
- Department and group attributes are invisible on the Users screen
- Stale SSO users need a custom query to be visible together
- Access-review evidence is assembled in a spreadsheet, not the admin
SleekView
- wp_users joined with SAML usermeta and the SSO log as one workspace
- Filter by IdP, mapped role, department, or last-login date
- Saved views for access reviews and stale-user audits
- CSV export of the filtered roster, audit-ready
- Per-role scoping for read-only handoff to IT or audit teams
Features
What SleekView gives you for miniOrange SAML SSO
IdP-level visibility
IdP becomes a sortable column. Splits between Azure AD, Okta, Google, and Shibboleth are obvious without exporting.
Department roster
The department attribute miniOrange writes from the SAML response becomes a filterable column, so org breakdowns are a one-click query.
Stale-user audit
Sort by last-login or filter to last-login older than 30 days. SSO users who have stopped logging in surface together for de-provisioning.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for miniOrange SAML SSO
Enterprise WordPress
Quarterly access review on one dashboard. Filter to administrator role across all IdPs, export the roster, attach to the review report.
Identity and access teams
Per-IdP sign-in roster and role mapping audit become evidence for the IT audit, without leaving WordPress.
Universities and intranets
Sort by registered date to see the term's onboarding cadence. Stale-user filters drive end-of-term de-provisioning.
The bigger picture
Why SAML attributes need to land on the Users screen
SAML SSO is one of the higher-investment integrations on WordPress and miniOrange makes it tractable. The trade-off is that the resulting metadata lives in usermeta and the admin surface has not kept pace. Every login enriches the WordPress database with attributes that could power a real identity roster, but the admin shows them one user at a time.
SleekView reads the SSO log and the SAML usermeta together and renders them as one sortable, filterable workspace. Access reviews become a saved view. Stale-user audits become a single sort.
The plugin keeps owning SAML end to end. The IT team gets the roster the integration always justified.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for miniOrange SAML SSO
Yes if SAML data is being written to wp_usermeta and a database log is enabled. Premium editions expose more attribute columns, which become additional filterable columns in the roster.
Yes. Any group attribute the plugin maps into a usermeta key becomes a filter and sort column, so group-based access reviews are a one-click view.
No. SleekView only reads users, usermeta, and the SSO log on admin requests. The authentication path is untouched and SAML responses are processed exactly as before.
Yes. If the SSO log stores an IdP identifier per row, the IdP column becomes a first-class filter, so per-IdP rosters and cross-IdP role audits run on the same dataset.
Yes if the plugin records failed-login rows. A status filter isolates failed responses, useful for catching IdP misconfiguration or attribute mapping issues.
No. The plugin keeps owning SAML configuration, attribute mapping, and JIT provisioning. SleekView only adds the table-shaped reporting layer.
SleekView reads what the database stores. If miniOrange decrypts and writes attributes to usermeta in plaintext, columns filter as expected; if a value is stored encrypted, it surfaces as opaque.
Yes. SleekView honours WordPress capabilities, so the SSO roster can be limited to administrators or a custom IT role for read-only access.
