SleekView for MyHome Real Estate: properties as tables
MyHome stores properties as a custom post type with price, status, bedrooms, and location in wp_postmeta. SleekView reads those rows and renders one admin grid for brokerages managing hundreds of listings.
♾️ Lifetime License available
Every property in one filterable grid
MyHome Real Estate is built on a property custom post type. Each property lives in wp_posts as post_type=property, and operationally important fields like price, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, agent, and city sit in wp_postmeta. The default WP admin shows the post list with title and date, which is not how a brokerage manages a hundred active listings.
SleekView joins wp_posts with the relevant wp_postmeta rows and surfaces price, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, agent, and city as first-class columns. Filters compose, so brokers can build a view of Available 3-bedroom homes in Berlin under 800k in a few clicks. Saved views per agent let each team member open their own pipeline.
Inline edits route through MyHome's normal save paths, so a status change from Available to Sold updates the front-end search, the map, and the agent's listings page exactly as the plugin's own edit screen would. SleekView is admin-only and never re-implements MyHome's templates.

The bigger picture
Why brokerages outgrow the default property admin
A brokerage with a hundred active listings across five agents cannot run its pipeline through a default WordPress post list. Managers need to see status, price, agent, and city for every listing in one view without opening anything. Agents need a personal queue filtered to their own properties so the daily workflow stays focused.
Marketing needs a quick filter to pull Available featured listings for the next newsletter. The data is already in wp_postmeta, indexed and queryable. The default admin just does not surface it.
SleekView gives the brokerage a working grid over data that already exists. MyHome's front-end search, the map, and the property templates all keep working through their normal paths. The admin stops being the bottleneck and starts being a place agents actually want to work.
