SleekView for MyHome Real Estate: properties as tables

MyHome stores properties as a custom post type with price, status, bedrooms, and location in wp_postmeta. SleekView reads those rows and renders one admin grid for brokerages managing hundreds of listings.

SleekView table view for MyHome Real Estate

Every property in one filterable grid

MyHome Real Estate is built on a property custom post type. Each property lives in wp_posts as post_type=property, and operationally important fields like price, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, agent, and city sit in wp_postmeta. The default WP admin shows the post list with title and date, which is not how a brokerage manages a hundred active listings.

SleekView joins wp_posts with the relevant wp_postmeta rows and surfaces price, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, agent, and city as first-class columns. Filters compose, so brokers can build a view of Available 3-bedroom homes in Berlin under 800k in a few clicks. Saved views per agent let each team member open their own pipeline.

Inline edits route through MyHome's normal save paths, so a status change from Available to Sold updates the front-end search, the map, and the agent's listings page exactly as the plugin's own edit screen would. SleekView is admin-only and never re-implements MyHome's templates.

Workflow

From property CPT and postmeta to a brokerage grid

1

Point at the property CPT

Select the MyHome property post type. SleekView reads wp_postmeta for price, bedrooms, status, agent, and any custom field, and lists them as available columns.
2

Compose broker columns

Add price, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, agent, and city as sortable columns. Custom fields like garage, garden, or parking spaces become filters with one click.
3

Save views per agent

Build views like Available 3-bedroom homes in Berlin or Pending deals this week. Share by role so each agent opens their own pipeline and managers get a portfolio-wide view.
4

Update status inline

Flip status from Available to Pending to Sold as deals progress. Edits write through MyHome's save paths so the front end refreshes the same way it would after an edit through the plugin.

Comparison

Default MyHome admin vs SleekView

Default MyHome admin

  • Default property list shows only title and date
  • Price, bedrooms, and agent hidden in wp_postmeta
  • No inline editing for status, price, or agent assignment
  • Filtering by price range needs custom queries
  • Sold versus Available is not obvious in a long list

SleekView

  • Columns reading wp_postmeta for price, bedrooms, and agent
  • Inline edits for status, price, and agent assignment
  • Save views per agent, city, or property type
  • Filter by price range, bedrooms, or status in one click
  • Bulk update status when a campaign closes or a building sells

Features

What SleekView gives you for MyHome Real Estate

Properties by city

Show only properties between 300k and 600k with 3 or 4 bedrooms when matching a buyer brief. Combine price with status to surface only Available properties in the right band.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for MyHome Real Estate

The bigger picture

Why brokerages outgrow the default property admin

A brokerage with a hundred active listings across five agents cannot run its pipeline through a default WordPress post list. Managers need to see status, price, agent, and city for every listing in one view without opening anything. Agents need a personal queue filtered to their own properties so the daily workflow stays focused.

Marketing needs a quick filter to pull Available featured listings for the next newsletter. The data is already in wp_postmeta, indexed and queryable. The default admin just does not surface it.

SleekView gives the brokerage a working grid over data that already exists. MyHome's front-end search, the map, and the property templates all keep working through their normal paths. The admin stops being the bottleneck and starts being a place agents actually want to work.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for MyHome Real Estate

Yes. SleekView queries wp_posts with post_type=property and joins wp_postmeta for price, status, bedrooms, agent, and any custom field. Those become first-class columns and filters.

Yes. Status, price, bedrooms, and agent assignment are editable cells in the grid. Edits write back through MyHome's normal save paths so the front-end search, map, and agent pages refresh immediately.

Image fields surface as a thumbnail column, so operators can scan listings visually instead of by title only. Useful when auditing a portfolio to confirm every property has a hero shot uploaded.

Yes. SleekView is admin-only and never touches the front end. The MyHome search, the map, the property detail pages, and any custom filters configured by the theme keep working exactly as before.

Yes. Select rows and apply a status to all selected properties at once. Useful when a development sells out and a batch of units needs to move from Pending to Sold, or when a campaign closes and several listings need to be unfeatured.

Yes. Agent is a column and filter, so brokerage managers can see how listings distribute across agents and reassign in bulk. Agents themselves can save a view filtered to their own properties as a personal pipeline.

Yes. Any filtered grid exports to CSV with the columns you choose. Useful for delivering a list of Available featured properties to the marketing team or backing up a city before a bulk reorganisation.

Queries hit wp_posts and wp_postmeta with indexed joins, so a thousand-property portfolio stays responsive. Saved views cache the column layout so re-opening a view is instant.
