SleekView for Soliloquy Lite
Soliloquy Lite stores sliders as the soliloquy custom post type with slide IDs and config in the _sol_slider_data postmeta. SleekView reads those rows directly and renders the catalog as a real WP Admin grid with status, slide count and placement as columns.

Soliloquy sliders belong in one cross-filterable table
Soliloquy Lite stores each slider as a soliloquy custom post type row, with the slide list and per-slider configuration in the _sol_slider_data postmeta. Slides reference media library attachment IDs, with caption, link and link-target stored per slide inside that meta array. The default admin lists sliders with the usual WordPress columns and a manual edit link, but does not aggregate the catalog.
SleekView reads wp_posts for soliloquy rows and unpacks _sol_slider_data into chart-ready slide rows. One row per slider with status, slide count, author and placement count as columns. Filters narrow by post_status, by author, or by whether the slider has any [soliloquy] shortcode placement in another post.
Every column reads through the same soliloquy CPT and postmeta Soliloquy already maintains, so front-end slider rendering is unchanged. The dashboard view of the same dataset is one click away.

Features
What SleekView gives you for Soliloquy Lite
Status as a column
Publish, draft, private and trash carry different decisions. Promoting status to a column lets a cleanup pass start from a sorted view.
Slide count exposed in the list
The _sol_slider_data postmeta hides slide counts from the default admin. SleekView parses it and surfaces the count as a sortable column.
Placement coverage in the list
Placement count is a column and a filter. Orphan sliders that no post references appear as a saved view instead of a manual hunt.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Soliloquy Lite
Photographers and bloggers
Slide count and status on one screen turn slider hygiene into a weekly pass instead of an annual redesign event.
Editorial teams
Per-author and orphan filters surface cleanup candidates the per-slider admin never reveals. Hygiene gets planned against the count.
Agencies maintaining client sites
A saved per-client view writes the retainer report. Active sliders, drafts and orphan rows arrive as columns the client recognises.
The bigger picture
Why a CPT-based slider plugin invites a table layer
Soliloquy Lite has been a long-running free WordPress slider plugin, and its decision to store sliders as a custom post type makes the data familiar: every slider is a wp_posts row with status, author and dates, and the slide list lives in a single postmeta key. The cost is that the default admin treats every slider as a destination, so questions about status mix, slide counts and placement go unasked. SleekView reads the same CPT and postmeta and renders the catalog as a sortable WP Admin grid.
Status becomes a filter, slide count becomes a column, placement coverage separates the live sliders from the orphans. The data lives in WordPress core tables, the table just makes the inventory legible.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Soliloquy Lite
Sliders are read from wp_posts where post_type is soliloquy. Slide counts and per-slide attributes are parsed from the _sol_slider_data postmeta. Placement is cross-referenced from [soliloquy] shortcodes in other posts.
Yes. post_status, author, creation date range and placement status are all first-class filters. Picking draft scopes every row to draft sliders.
Yes. The placement cross-reference flags soliloquy posts with no [soliloquy] shortcode in any other post. An orphan filter surfaces cleanup candidates.
Each slide row in _sol_slider_data references a wp_posts attachment by ID. SleekView joins those to wp_posts attachments so caption and alt-text coverage read from the same source the front end uses.
Yes. Both views read the same soliloquy CPT plus postmeta source, so a filter saved at the source level applies to whichever layout is open.
Yes. Pro addons add extra postmeta keys (Lightbox, Carousel, Dynamic) that SleekView parses as additional columns when the addons are active. The Lite-version data shape is fully supported on its own.
No. The view computes against indexed columns wp_posts already carries, with the postmeta parser running once per saved-view refresh. Cached results serve the table instantly.
Yes. Each view supports a CSV export. Export the draft-slider list for a cleanup pass or the per-author view for an editorial audit.
