All of it lives in sbp_* options under wp_options. The default admin presents these toggles across a set of tabs, useful for configuration but limited for site-wide reporting.

SleekView reads the sbp_* options as flat rows and renders them as a real table view. Option key, group, value, last update and source tab become first-class columns with sort, filter and inline edit. A maintenance team can scope the table to recently changed flags, an agency can audit a client's full configuration on one screen.

Speed Booster Pack continues to apply its optimizations through its own hooks. SleekView is read-only against the option store, so the toggle behavior on the front-end stays authoritative.
