SleekView table view for Thrive Quiz Builder

Quiz results and lead capture as a real table, not a report widget

Thrive Quiz Builder writes quiz responses and the lead data it captures alongside quizzes into the tve_leads_* family of tables (shared with Thrive Leads), with quiz-specific tables for results and branching state. The default Thrive admin shows quiz-level aggregates (completion rate, score distribution, conversion lift) tuned for marketers iterating on a single quiz, but cross-quiz reporting and per-respondent drill-downs aren't a built-in screen.

SleekView reads the result tables directly so marketers get a flat table of every response with quiz name, score or outcome category, the lead capture that followed, and which branching path each respondent took. L&D and customer-research teams running personality or qualification quizzes get a per-respondent table with quiz outcome and any captured custom fields visible in one row, which the default admin can't compose without exporting and pivoting in a spreadsheet.

Inline edits to lead records route through the Thrive Leads CRUD layer where supported so the standard hooks fire and any integrations (CRM sync, autoresponder triggers) behave normally. Direct table edits are available for cleanup scenarios where you don't want webhooks to fire. Result records themselves are typically read-only because they encode historical interaction data, but tagging and segmentation columns can be edited inline for follow-up workflows.

Workflow

Per-respondent quiz tables the default admin doesn't ship

1

Read tve_leads_* tables

Pick the quiz results table as the base. SleekView joins lead-capture rows and custom captured fields so respondent, outcome, and lead status appear in one row.
2

Surface outcome and branching

Add columns for quiz outcome category, score, branching path taken, and capture status. Each can be filtered, sorted, and grouped.
3

Save views per workflow

Marketers get conversion audits, researchers get per-respondent tables, course creators get qualification cohorts. Each gated per role.
4

Tag inline for follow-up

Tag respondents inline through the Thrive Leads CRUD layer so CRM sync and autoresponder hooks fire. Export segmented CSVs from the same view.

Comparison

Default Thrive Quiz Builder admin vs SleekView

Default Thrive Quiz Builder admin

  • Per-quiz aggregates are first-class, per-respondent tables aren't
  • Cross-quiz reporting requires manual export and pivot
  • Branching path data isn't surfaced as a column for ad-hoc filtering
  • Custom captured fields require joining tve_leads_* manually
  • Conversion audit joining results with lead capture isn't a saved view

SleekView

  • Flat per-respondent table joining quiz result with lead capture and custom fields
  • Filter by outcome, score range, and capture status across all quizzes
  • Branching-path column showing which route each respondent took
  • Inline tagging for follow-up segmentation
  • Export segmented CSV for autoresponder or CRM import

Features

What SleekView gives you for Thrive Quiz Builder

Per-respondent table

Build a flat table of every quiz response with respondent, quiz, outcome, score, and lead-capture status. Cross-quiz drill-downs become a saved view instead of a manual pivot.

Branching path audit

Surface which branching path each respondent took as a column. Catch dead-ends in quiz flow where many respondents drop off mid-quiz, and iterate the branching.

Conversion-cohort filters

Filter to respondents whose quiz outcome was Advanced and who captured a lead, then export for high-intent autoresponder segmentation. Sort by date to spot trends.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for Thrive Quiz Builder

Marketers

Per-quiz conversion audits and cross-quiz outcome reports. Tag high-intent respondents inline for follow-up sequences without exporting and re-importing.

Customer research

Per-respondent qualification quiz results with custom captured fields visible in one row. Segment leads by quiz outcome for outreach without spreadsheet pivots.

Course creators

Pre-enrollment qualification quizzes feed directly into a saved view of qualified leads, sorted by score. Use the same view for both lead handoff and enrollment outreach.

The bigger picture

Why quiz data needs row-level workspaces

Thrive Quiz Builder is built for marketers who iterate fast on conversion-focused quizzes, and its default reports reflect that audience: per-quiz aggregates, completion rates, and conversion lift versus baseline. That shape works perfectly for the marketer optimising a single quiz and stops being enough the moment the use case expands. Customer-research teams running qualification quizzes need per-respondent detail joined to custom captured fields.

Course creators running pre-enrollment quizzes need a flat table of qualified leads sorted by score that they can hand to sales. Agencies running multiple client quizzes need per-client scoped views without showing one client another's data. All of these requirements live in the same tve_leads_* tables Thrive already writes to, but the default admin doesn't compose them into views because that's not the audience the default admin was designed for.

SleekView's job is to expose those tables as composable, role-scoped, exportable views so every team that needs quiz data gets the shape they need, without exporting to spreadsheets or asking engineering for a one-off report. Same database, hooks intact when wanted, dramatically less manual pivoting.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for Thrive Quiz Builder

Yes. Thrive Quiz Builder and Thrive Leads share the tve_leads_* tables, so SleekView can read both quiz responses and standalone lead form submissions from the same view. Useful when quizzes feed into lead capture and you want one table covering both touchpoints.

Yes. Any custom fields the lead form captures (name, phone, custom dropdowns) appear as columns alongside quiz outcome and score. Add them per view based on what each team needs to see, the column picker shows all available fields.

Where SleekView uses the Thrive Leads CRUD layer (tagging, custom-field updates, lead status changes), the standard hooks fire so any CRM sync or autoresponder triggers behave normally. Direct table edits skip hooks by design for cleanup scenarios where you don't want webhooks to fire.

The branching path each respondent took is stored as part of the result record. SleekView exposes it as a column so you can filter or sort by path, useful for spotting quiz flows where one branch converts dramatically better than another.

Yes. Any SleekView view exports to CSV. Common pattern: filter to high-intent respondents (top outcome category plus lead captured), export to CSV, and import to your email tool's segmented audience. Re-run the export weekly with the same saved view.

If Thrive Quiz Builder records split-test variant per response, that variant ID appears as a column. SleekView can group responses by variant and outcome to surface which variants convert better, alongside Thrive's own split-test reporting which focuses on aggregate lift.

Queries hit indexed columns (quiz_id, response date, lead status) with keyset pagination. Aggregate columns (conversion rate per variant) are opt-in per view since they're heavier, kept off list views and on per-quiz summary views where the cost is bounded.

Yes. Save views filtered by quiz_id and gate them by WP capability. Each marketer sees only the quizzes they own, with the columns relevant to their workflow. Useful for agencies running multiple client quizzes from one WordPress install.
