Move wall posts out of per-profile feeds and into an audit table
Ultimate Member Social Activity adds Facebook-style profile walls to Ultimate Member. Members post status updates, photos and links on their own and other profiles, with comments and likes recorded against each post. The add-on stores these as custom posts with usermeta and post meta linking each post to its author and recipient profile, plus comment rows for replies. The default surface renders the wall on individual profile pages, which is the right place to read activity and the wrong place to moderate or recognise it across the community.
SleekView reads the wall post records joined with wp_users and renders each post as a row in an audit table. Filter to last-7-days posts for daily moderation, sort by author for repeat-poster review, group by post type to see whether members favour status, photo or link sharing. The same dataset the chart view aggregates becomes a row-level surface for community managers and moderators.
The add-on keeps owning post composition, comment threads and notifications. The table view owns the audit surface, so the activity Ultimate Member already writes stops hiding inside per-profile walls.

Comparison
Default UM Social Activity admin vs SleekView
Default UM Social Activity walls
- Wall posts surface only on individual profile pages
- No cross-community queue of recent posts in one place
- Author role, post type and comment count are not sortable together
- Moderation review of suspicious posts means clicking profile by profile
- Saved views per moderator or post type are not part of the add-on
SleekView
- Every wall post rendered as a queryable row
- Author, post type, recipient and post_date as real sortable columns
- Filter to last-7-days posts, one author or one post type
- Saved views per role: community manager, moderator, admin
- Same dataset the chart view aggregates, so table and dashboard stay in sync
Features
What SleekView gives you for Ultimate Member Social Activity
Wall posts as a real table
Render UM Social Activity posts as rows with author, type, recipient and timestamp instead of opening profile after profile to find the cohort.
Composable activity filters
Stack filters on author_id, post_type, recipient and post_date to assemble moderation queues, top-poster shortlists or theme-week review cohorts in one query.
Recency inline
post_date sits on every row so the audit table answers when each post happened, not just that the wall has content.

The bigger picture
Why wall activity needs a table, not just a profile feed
Ultimate Member Social Activity captures genuinely useful signal: who is posting what to whom inside the community. The default surface tucks that signal into per-profile walls, which is right for reading a member and unhelpful for moderation, recognition or theme review across the cohort. A queryable activity table answers the questions managers actually ask: who is the daily queue, who is the top poster this month, which thread types carry the conversation.
Same wall posts, same timestamps, completely different decision posture. The table renders the activity the add-on already writes as an auditable cohort, which is the difference between knowing the site has walls and knowing how engagement is moving this week.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Ultimate Member Social Activity
The wall post records and comments the Ultimate Member Social Activity add-on writes, joined with wp_users for display_name and role. No new tracking is introduced.
Yes. post_type (status, photo, link) is a first-class filter, so a saved view can scope to one format. Useful for measuring whether image posts outperform text status updates.
Yes. Author and comment count are first-class sortable columns. Common saved views surface top posters or most-discussed threads.
No. SleekView reads the add-on's records directly, so no second tracker is installed and the audit table reflects the same data the profile wall shows.
Yes. Any filtered cohort exports as CSV with the same columns the view shows, including author_id, post_type, post_date and comment counts.
Yes. SleekView views can be private to a user or shared with specific roles. Community managers, moderators and admins each get their own slice.
No by default. The table is read-only over the wall post records. Row-level edits or deletes can be enabled through the add-on's hooks when explicitly turned on.
Yes. The chart view and table view share the dataset, so filters for last-30-days or one post type narrow both surfaces. Managers pivot between row audit and chart summary.
