UserFeedback Lite is the free version of the UserFeedback plugin. It includes single-question surveys, rating scales, multiple choice and free text, and writes responses to the same userfeedback_* tables the Pro version uses. The Lite reporting screen is intentionally minimal: enough to confirm a survey is working, not enough to audit responses row by row across several active surveys.

SleekView reads the same response tables and renders the dataset as a per-row table regardless of tier. Each row is one response with survey, question, response_value, page_url, visitor type and timestamp. Filter to one survey on one page, scope to last-7-days submissions, or sort by response_value to surface the lowest ratings first. Saved per-role views work the same on Lite as on Pro because the underlying schema is identical.

The table does not require the Pro tier. It reads the same writes the Lite plugin already performs, which lets teams build a real audit surface without an immediate upgrade.

UserFeedback Lite collects the same responses Pro does, in the same tables, with the same fidelity. The free reporting screen is appropriately minimal for the tier, which is fine when running one survey and limiting when running three at once. SleekView reads the userfeedback_responses, userfeedback_surveys and userfeedback_questions tables directly and renders the dataset as a per-row grid.

Product filters launch-pulse responses by page, support triages "No" feedback on a single docs URL, marketing reads exit-survey responses with page context attached. Same response rows, same survey definitions, completely different posture toward the data. The table renders what the Lite plugin already collects as a real audit grid, which is the difference between confirming a survey works and learning what users are actually saying.
