SleekView for Amazon Pay for WooCommerce
Amazon Pay writes charge IDs, charge permission IDs and authorization state to order meta. SleekView turns that lifecycle into a queryable audit table inside WP Admin.

Move Amazon Pay lifecycle reviews out of per-order panels and into one table
The official Amazon Pay extension persists a full set of identifiers per order: amazon_charge_id, amazon_charge_permission_id, amazon_authorization_id and the state of each (Open, Captured, Refunded, Canceled). Those keys describe the gateway's multi-phase lifecycle, but the default WooCommerce orders screen treats them as flat text inside the order edit panel.
SleekView reads wp_wc_orders filtered to Amazon Pay and pulls those meta keys onto every row. Charge state, authorization state and refund references all sort and filter. A saved view for "Open authorizations older than 24 hours" catches stuck transactions before they expire, which is the most common Amazon Pay support escalation. A view for "Captured today" feeds the finance reconciliation against Amazon settlement reports.
The plugin keeps owning the Amazon Pay API for captures, refunds and final settlement. The table view owns the audit surface, so the lifecycle the gateway already records becomes a row-level workspace instead of an order-by-order click crawl.

Comparison
Default Amazon Pay admin vs SleekView
Default WooCommerce orders (Amazon Pay)
- Amazon charge state lives in order meta but is not a column
- Stuck authorizations are visible only by opening each order's edit screen
- No saved filter for "Open authorizations older than 24 hours"
- Refund references and charge IDs sit inside each order panel
- Reconciling Amazon settlement reports requires Seller Central open alongside WooCommerce
SleekView
- Every Amazon Pay order rendered as a queryable row
- Charge state, authorization state and charge ID as real columns
- Filter to stuck authorizations, captured today or refunded orders in one query
- Saved views per role: support catch-stuck, finance reconcile, shop manager triage
- Same dataset the Amazon Pay charts dashboard aggregates
Features
What SleekView gives you for Amazon Pay for WooCommerce
Lifecycle on the row
Authorization state and charge state both render as columns, so a stuck-authorization audit becomes a filter, not a panel-by-panel crawl.
Catch stuck transactions
Saved "Open authorizations older than 24 hours" view surfaces pending charges before they expire and turn into customer escalations.
HPOS and legacy
Reads wc_orders_meta on HPOS or postmeta on legacy with the same column setup, so the view survives the HPOS migration unchanged.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Amazon Pay for WooCommerce
Finance teams
Saved "Captured today" view feeds the daily reconciliation against Amazon Pay settlement reports without a spreadsheet export.
Support teams
Stuck-authorization filter highlights orders that need manual capture before authorization expiry, the most common Amazon Pay escalation.
Operators
Filter by date range and charge state to see how much weight Amazon Pay carries day to day, useful when negotiating gateway terms.
The bigger picture
Why Amazon Pay's lifecycle deserves a real table
Amazon Pay is more than a charge ID per order: authorizations expire, captures must happen before settlement, refunds are issued against specific charge permissions. The plugin writes the lifecycle correctly into order meta, but the default WooCommerce admin treats every state as flat text inside the order edit screen, with no column for charge state, no filter for stuck authorizations and no saved view for the daily settlement reconciliation. SleekView reads the same wc_orders_meta the gateway writes and renders charge state, authorization state and charge ID as audit columns, so support catches stuck transactions before they expire and finance reconciles by date range without an export.
The plugin keeps owning the Amazon Pay API; operators get the row-level surface the lifecycle has always deserved.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Amazon Pay for WooCommerce
In WooCommerce order metadata: charge ID, charge permission ID, authorization ID and the state of each. SleekView reads wc_orders_meta on HPOS or postmeta on legacy.
Yes. Filter authorization state to Open and date_created older than 24 hours, then save the view. Support lands on it directly without rebuilding the filter.
Yes. Renewal orders carry the same gateway meta as one-time orders, so the view can include or exclude renewals with a created_via filter.
Yes. Refund order rows in WooCommerce carry the parent Amazon Pay meta, so a saved "Refunded Amazon Pay" view works without extra configuration.
No. Seller Central owns settlement reports and fees on Amazon's side. SleekView audits what WooCommerce stores about each Amazon Pay order.
No. SleekView only renders in the admin and reads existing tables. Checkout still talks to the Amazon Pay API through the plugin unchanged.
Yes. A column for payment_method shows Amazon Pay next to Stripe, PayPal or any other gateway in use, and a filter narrows to one or several.
Yes. Saved views are gated by capability, so finance sees captured orders, support sees stuck authorizations, and contributors see nothing.
