SleekView for WooCommerce Shipping DHL

SleekView joins wc_orders with the _dhl_product_code, _dhl_rate, _dhl_awb_number and _dhl_ship_date meta the plugin writes per order. Every DHL shipment across Express, Paket and eCommerce lands on one sortable, filterable table.

SleekView table view for WooCommerce Shipping DHL

DHL product detail is per-order; the read view should be a table

WooCommerce Shipping DHL covers the DHL product family Woo stores actually use: DHL Express Worldwide and Express 12:00 for international air, DHL Paket and Paket International for European ground, DHL eCommerce for tracked low-cost cross-border. Each shipped order saves the chosen product code, the resolved rate and the AWB or tracking number as meta.

The default WooCommerce orders screen does not pivot product code, rate or AWB into columns. Pulling up today's Express Worldwide shipments, sorting by rate, or filtering to a DACH-only Paket view requires opening orders one by one.

SleekView reads the same DHL meta keys joined with wc_orders. Product code, rate, AWB number, ship date and destination country become real, sortable columns. Filters scope to one product, one country or one date window and stay saved as a named preset.

Workflow

How SleekView reads WooCommerce Shipping DHL data

1

Pick the data source

Point SleekView at wc_orders joined with _dhl_product_code, _dhl_rate, _dhl_awb_number and _dhl_ship_date meta. One row per DHL-shipped order, across Express, Paket and eCommerce.
2

Compose the column set

Add order ID, customer, DHL product code, rate, AWB number, ship date and destination country. Hide what the role doesn't need.
3

Save and scope the view

Name it ("Today's DHL", "Express Worldwide only", "Paket DACH") and save filters per product, country or date.
4

Edit inline or export

Update AWB numbers, change order status or export rows for monthly DHL invoice reconciliation. Edits route through Woo's CRUD.

Sample columns

A typical DHL shipments table

SleekView joins wc_orders with the DHL meta keys the plugin writes, so product code, rate, AWB and ship date appear next to the order ID.

Comparison

Default WooCommerce Shipping DHL admin vs SleekView

Default WooCommerce orders screen

  • The orders screen does not surface DHL product code as a column
  • Sorting Express vs Paket vs eCommerce orders by rate is a per-order drill
  • Filtering to DACH-only or Express-only is not built in
  • AWB numbers live in per-order metaboxes, not on a list
  • DHL invoice reconciliation against orders is a CSV exercise

SleekView

  • Reads wc_orders joined with DHL meta keys as one dataset
  • Product code, rate, AWB and ship date as sortable columns
  • Filter across Express Worldwide, Express 12:00, Paket, Paket International, eCommerce Tracked
  • Save filtered views per product, country or date window
  • Inline edits route through Woo CRUD so hooks still fire

Features

What SleekView gives you for WooCommerce Shipping DHL

DHL product code as a real column

Express Worldwide, Paket and eCommerce Tracked show as a sortable column. A premium-product drift review is a filter, not a per-order audit.

Inline edits through CRUD

Fix an AWB number or update an order status in the row. Edits flow through Woo's CRUD so notification and tracking hooks fire.

Compose precise filters

Combine DHL product, destination country and date range into a saved filter. The dispatcher's morning view becomes a named preset.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for WooCommerce Shipping DHL

Shipping ops dispatchers

Filter to today's DHL shipments, sort by product, work the printable list against the actual labels from MyDHL+ or DHL Paket Versenden.

Finance and procurement

Export product code, rate and AWB columns for monthly DHL invoice reconciliation across Express, Paket and eCommerce.

Customer support leads

Filter by destination country or customer to surface every DHL shipment for that scope. Express SLA promises stay enforceable.

The bigger picture

Why DHL shipments deserve a real Woo-admin table

DHL covers a wider product spectrum than most carriers: Express for premium air, Paket for DACH and European ground, eCommerce for tracked low-cost cross-border. A Woo store with DHL integration is often using two or three of those products in the same week, with very different margin and SLA profiles. The plugin writes the product code on every order, but the default Woo orders screen treats it as per-order detail rather than columnar signal.

SleekView puts DHL product, rate, AWB and ship date on a sortable, filterable table where dispatcher, finance and support views are saved presets on the same data. The plugin keeps owning the DHL APIs and the label production. SleekView is the operational table on top.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for WooCommerce Shipping DHL

No. SleekView reads the product code and rate meta the plugin writes regardless of which DHL API powers the integration (Express MyDHL API, DHL Paket Versenden, eCommerce Solutions API).

Yes. Both are distinct product codes that the plugin records on the order, so they appear as their own values in the product column and can be filtered for separately.

Yes. DHL eCommerce Tracked appears as a product value alongside Express and Paket. The cost-per-order difference between Express and eCommerce Tracked becomes a sortable column.

Yes. Filter the destination country to DE, AT and CH for a Paket-only view. The product column will skew to Paket and Paket International in that filter.

Yes. SleekView writes through Woo's CRUD layer so order-status, email-notification and tracking-update hooks fire when a row is edited.

Yes. Multi-select rows and apply a bulk action through the standard Woo update path. AWB numbers persist as the same meta keys downstream tools read.

No. wc_orders is indexed on date_created and status and SleekView's joins use those indexes. High-volume DHL stores render in well under a second on typical hardware.

Yes. Any filtered view exports to CSV with the same columns shown, ready for the annual DHL account-manager conversation.
