WP Meetings models meetings, agendas, and attendance as a custom post type with associated meta and a child structure for attendees. The admin lists meetings one by one and exposes the agenda inside each meeting editor. That is useful for the operator running today's meeting; it is a poor fit for the chair or governance lead reviewing the year.

SleekView reads the meeting CPT and the attendance records and turns them into a real grid. Title, meeting type, status, date, and attendance count sit as real columns next to author and minutes link. Saved views split the work by meeting type, by status, or by cadence, and inline edits write to the same meta the per-meeting editor reads.

The grid does not change how WP Meetings stores meetings or attendance. The plugin still owns the agenda editor and the per-meeting view. SleekView reads the rows the plugin already writes and turns them into the cross-meeting view governance reviews actually use.

WP Meetings is the right tool for managing today's meeting: agenda, attendance, minutes, all on the same per-meeting screen. It is the wrong tool for the chair who needs to know whether the team is keeping its rhythm. The data is structured, the rows exist, but the admin only ever surfaces one meeting at a time.

Treating meetings as rows in a sortable, filterable grid turns the admin from a per-meeting workflow into a governance surface. Saved views become the rituals of the role (Friday rescheduled list, Monday cancellation review, quarterly attendance pass), and the team spends less time clicking through editors to discover what was already in the meta.
