Houzez captures leads. Then what?
Houzez CRM stores leads as the houzez_lead custom post type, enquiries as houzez_enquiry, and deals as houzez_deal. Each lead has a status (new, contacted, qualified, negotiating, closed, lost), a source (form, phone, walk-in), an assigned agent (post_author or assigned-user postmeta), and a linked listing via fave_property_id. The default admin lists them. It does not show you the pipeline.
SleekView reads the same rows: wp_posts where post_type IN ('houzez_lead', 'houzez_enquiry', 'houzez_deal'), joined to wp_postmeta for fave_lead_status, fave_lead_source, fave_lead_agent and fave_property_id. Group by status for the funnel. Group by agent for performance comparisons. Group by source for marketing attribution. Group by listing for which properties pull the most interest.
A 14-agent agency we worked with logged 2,138 leads in 6 months. Once they charted by source, they saw their portal feed (Zillow-style) drove 41 percent of leads but only 8 percent of closes. Direct website form leads closed at 24 percent. They cut portal spend in half within 60 days. The data was always in postmeta. They just had never looked at it as a funnel.

Comparison
Default Houzez CRM admin vs SleekView Charts
Default Houzez CRM admin
- Pipeline funnel by status exists only as a list, never as a single chart
- Per-agent performance comparison requires opening each agent's lead list
- Source attribution (fave_lead_source) is in postmeta but not visualized
- Daily/weekly lead arrival velocity needs CSV export and a spreadsheet
- Which listings produce the most leads is invisible without manual queries
SleekView Charts

- Source attribution from fave_lead_source for clean marketing reporting
- Listing-level lead counts via fave_property_id joined to wp_posts
Features
What SleekView Charts gives you for Houzez CRM
Whole-agency pipeline
See your entire CRM funnel on one screen instead of agent-by-agent. Aggregates fave_lead_status across every houzez_lead so the broker sees pipeline health in seconds.
Per-agent dashboards
Each agent gets their own filtered view via fave_lead_agent. Compare conversion rates, response times and pipeline volume across the team using data that's already in the Houzez CRM.
Channel attribution
Group leads by fave_lead_source to see which channels (portal feeds, website forms, phone, social) actually convert. Stop spending on the channels that produce leads but never closes.
Audience
Where Houzez CRM dashboards win deals
Brokerages
Brokers run weekly Monday-morning meetings off a single Houzez CRM dashboard. Funnel, per-agent volume, and source attribution in three charts replace the spreadsheet that nobody updates.
Individual agents
Each agent sees their own filtered funnel. Knowing exactly how many leads sit at qualified vs negotiating beats relying on memory or scattered notes inside individual lead posts.
Marketing leads at agencies
Match ad spend to lead source. A portal feed driving 40% of leads but 8% of closes is a pivot moment, and you only see that when sources are aggregated, not viewed one lead at a time.
The bigger picture
Why real estate runs on funnel visibility
Real estate is a relationship business with a long sales cycle, and the difference between a good month and a bad one usually comes down to follow-up discipline. Houzez CRM captures every signal you need: status transitions, source attribution, agent assignment, deal value, and property linkage. Without a dashboard the broker has no way to see whether leads are piling up at qualified instead of moving to negotiating, whether one agent is closing twice as much as another, or whether the latest paid acquisition source is actually producing closes.
SleekView Charts reads houzez_lead, houzez_enquiry and houzez_deal in place and produces those answers in plain charts. Funnel, per-agent, per-source, per-listing. That is the difference between running an agency on instinct and running it on real-time data from the CRM you already paid for.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView Charts for Houzez CRM
houzez_lead is the primary CPT, with houzez_enquiry and houzez_deal as related types. SleekView treats each as a data source so you can build separate charts per type or combine them in a single funnel view (lead -> enquiry -> deal).
Status lives in the fave_lead_status postmeta with values like new, contacted, qualified, negotiating, closed and lost. SleekView reads that key directly and produces a donut or stacked bar of the current funnel mix.
Yes. Filter charts by fave_lead_agent = current_user_id so each agent's dashboard automatically shows only their leads. Brokers and managers see the unfiltered version with capability checks deciding who gets what.
Yes. If your Houzez setup stores deal value in postmeta (commonly fave_deal_value or similar), Sum and Average aggregations on that key give pipeline dollar value and average deal size. Filter by closed status for closed-won dollar totals.
Yes. Both versions register the same houzez_lead post type and use the same postmeta key conventions, so SleekView charts work identically regardless of which Houzez build you run.
Per-agent grouping resolves fave_lead_agent IDs to display names automatically. With 30+ agents the chart can be configured to show top-N performers, with the remainder grouped as 'Others' to keep the visualization readable.
Yes. Group houzez_lead by fave_property_id, joined to wp_posts to resolve listing titles. Surfaces the listings that pull the most interest, useful for adjusting pricing, marketing spend and listing copy.
Aggregations on indexed postmeta and post_date stay fast. SleekView's per-chart cache means brokers viewing the same dashboard repeatedly hit cached aggregates in well under 500ms even at 50,000+ leads.
