SleekView table view for AccessAlly

AccessAlly members, orders and courses on one row

AccessAlly ties membership, course delivery, order processing and CRM tag sync into one plugin. Members live in WordPress users with AccessAlly usermeta for tier and tags. Course progress sits in a dedicated table, and orders are stored locally alongside the data the connected CRM (Ontraport, ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft, Drip, ConvertKit) reads.

The default AccessAlly admin reads each of those surfaces as a paginated list with per-row drill-down. Reviewing a member means opening the user, the order history and the progress screen separately and stitching the picture by hand.

SleekView joins those tables and renders one row per member with tier, tag count, last order, last order amount, course progress and status as real columns. Filter to VIP members with no order in 90 days, sort by progress, pull every refund row across the catalogue, all from a single sortable screen instead of three admin pages.

Workflow

How SleekView reads AccessAlly data

1

Pick the data source

Choose the AccessAlly usermeta keys, the course progress table and the order table. SleekView resolves tier, tag list, last order, progress and status per user_id.
2

Compose the column set

Add member, tier, tag count, last order, last order amount, course progress and status. Hide what the role doesn't need so support, instructors and finance get a focused workspace.
3

Save and scope the view

Name it ("VIP no order 90d", "Refunds this month", "Pro tier in flagship course") and gate by WordPress capability so each team sees their own slice.
4

Edit inline or export

Adjust tier, correct course access or export the filtered cohort to CSV. Edits route through AccessAlly's update paths so tag sync and CRM webhooks fire as expected.

Sample columns

A typical AccessAlly member table

SleekView joins the AccessAlly order and progress tables with the tier and tag usermeta, so tier, last order and course progress sit as real columns next to the member.

Comparison

Default AccessAlly admin vs SleekView

Default AccessAlly screens

  • Members, orders and progress live on separate paginated screens
  • Last order amount requires opening the order log per user
  • No filter for VIP members with no order in the last 90 days
  • Bulk edits across members are limited to the WP user list
  • No saved per-role view for support vs finance

SleekView

  • Read directly from the AccessAlly order, progress and usermeta tables
  • Tier, tags, last order and progress as sortable, filterable columns
  • Inline-edit tier and access through AccessAlly's CRUD
  • Save filtered cohorts ("Lapsed VIP", "Refunds this month", "Flagship at risk")
  • Switch between table and kanban views of the same member set

Features

What SleekView gives you for AccessAlly

Member data as real columns

Surface tier, tag count, last order, progress and status alongside the member. Three admin pages collapse into one sortable workspace.

Inline edits through AccessAlly

Update tier, correct access or adjust a tag in the row. Edits flow through AccessAlly's update paths so CRM tag sync and webhooks still fire.

Compose precise filters

Combine tier, tag presence, last-order window and progress threshold into one saved filter. The weekly retention list becomes a single named view.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for AccessAlly

Membership operators

Anchor weekly reviews on one row per member. Filter to lapsed VIPs and route a re-engagement sequence from the same table.

Course owners

Surface every learner on the flagship course with progress under 30% and tier above basic. Prioritise the next nudge against the same row.

Finance and revenue

Filter to refund or chargeback orders this month with tier and product attached. Reconcile against the CRM in one view instead of two.

The bigger picture

Why AccessAlly members deserve a real table

AccessAlly stitches membership, courses, orders and CRM tag sync into one plugin, and the data is rich in the underlying tables. But the default admin reads those tables row by row across three separate screens, which works for support lookups and fails for the cross-cutting questions an operations team actually runs. SleekView joins the order, progress and usermeta tables into one sortable roster where tier, last order, progress and status are visible at a glance.

Lapsed VIPs surface from a filter rather than a weekly export. Bulk inline edits route through AccessAlly's CRUD so CRM tag sync still fires as expected. Same data AccessAlly already writes, usable as a workspace instead of three paginated lists.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for AccessAlly

The AccessAlly order table, the course progress table and the usermeta keys for tier and tags. These are the same records AccessAlly's own admin reads, so the table reflects exactly what the plugin tracks.

No. The view reads local AccessAlly data directly. The CRM integration is still useful for outbound automation, but the table works whether the CRM is connected or not.

Where SleekView writes through AccessAlly's APIs (tier change, tag adjustment, course access), the standard hooks fire so CRM tag sync, webhooks and notifications continue to work.

Yes. Each saved view is gated by WordPress capability with its own column set and filters. Support sees a status-focused roster; finance sees the same rows with order amount and product columns.

A member is at risk when tier is paid and last order is older than the renewal cycle, or when course progress has not advanced in a configurable window (default 30 days). Adjust the rule per programme.

No. AccessAlly indexes usermeta and order tables on user_id, product_id and timestamps. SleekView uses those indexes, so even five-figure bases render the roster in under a second on typical hosting.

Yes. Course progress sits in the AccessAlly schema, so the same row carries tier, last order and course progress. Combined filters surface cohorts the per-screen admin cannot express.

Yes. Any filtered table exports to CSV with the same columns the view shows. Useful for finance reconciliation, retention campaigns or sharing snapshots with the CRM team.
