SleekView for Site Reviews: review entries & ratings as tables
Site Reviews stores reviews as a custom post type and tracks ratings in wp_glsr_ratings with assignments in wp_glsr_assigned_posts. SleekView joins all three into one editable moderation grid.

Moderate every review from one grid
Site Reviews splits its data thoughtfully: each review is a post in wp_posts, the rating sits in wp_glsr_ratings, and the connection between a review and the page or product it is about lives in wp_glsr_assigned_posts. The default review list shows the post side of that story but misses the assignment table, which is exactly the field a marketing or moderation team usually wants to filter on.
SleekView reads all three sources and joins them onto one row per review. Author, rating, excerpt, assigned post, submission date, and status sit side by side, with custom review meta and category fields available as additional columns. Inline edits write through the same review meta the public template reads, so a moderator can adjust a rating, post a response, or update status without opening the post editor.
The practical effect is moderation that scales: filter to pending reviews assigned to a specific product, bulk approve trusted authors, pull a feed of five-star reviews for the marketing site as a CSV. The data Site Reviews already captures becomes a workable testimonial pipeline rather than a list to scroll through.

Features
What SleekView gives you for Site Reviews
Reviews and assignments
Joins the review post with its rating row and the assigned page or product so the whole context is on a single line. No more flipping between the post editor and the assignments table.
Star and product filters
Filter by rating range, assigned product, or author and save dedicated views per team — marketing pulls five stars, moderation pulls pending, support pulls one stars per product.
Inline responses
Reply to a review, edit a rating, or change status right inside the grid. Inline edits write through the same review meta the public template uses, so the front-end stays in sync.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Site Reviews
Marketing teams
Pull five-star reviews per product into a CSV for the testimonials block, then save the view as a quarterly export. The pipeline becomes one filter, one click, and the marketing site is fed.
Moderators
Handle pending and reported reviews from a single saved view. Bulk approve trusted authors, trash spam by domain, and respond to one stars without opening every post.
Support teams
See low-rated reviews per product, respond inline, and close the loop with the customer. Filter by date and rating to spot quality issues before they show up in churn metrics.
The bigger picture
Why review moderation needs joined data
Reviews are a small dataset that punches above its weight: they decide trust, they decide conversion, and they sit at the intersection of moderation, marketing, and support. Site Reviews handles the data side of that well — separate ratings, separate assignments — but the default list view collapses all of that back to a single post column, which makes the natural workflow questions awkward to answer. Show me every pending review on the Premium plan page.
Show me every one-star review with no response yet. Show me five-star reviews submitted this quarter that I can promote on the homepage. Each of those questions needs three tables joined and a custom filter, and each one is a routine moment for a marketing or support lead, not a special request.
Treating reviews as a real grid keeps moderation, response, and promotion in the same screen instead of bouncing between the post editor, the rating field, and the assignment list. That tightens the loop between a customer leaving a review and the response that customer sees.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Site Reviews
Yes. SleekView reads from the review CPT in wp_posts, the rating row in wp_glsr_ratings, and the assignment row in wp_glsr_assigned_posts, then joins them into a single grid row. Custom review meta registered by Site Reviews shows up as additional optional columns.
Yes. The response field is editable from the cell. Edits save to the same review meta key Site Reviews uses for the public response, so the public template renders the new answer the next time the review is viewed.
Yes. The assigned post column shows the page, post, or product the review belongs to. Filter by assigned post to scope a view to a specific product or landing page, or group by assignment to see a per-product breakdown.
Yes. Custom review types and categories registered through Site Reviews appear as filterable columns automatically. SleekView reads the underlying taxonomy and meta, so any plugin or theme extension that adds review types is picked up.
Yes. Filter by author or email domain, select rows, and apply Bulk: approve from the toolbar. Pair this with a saved view per trusted author so repeat moderation becomes a one-click action.

All work happens inside wp-admin. SleekView paginates server-side and reads from the existing Site Reviews tables, so visitor pages and the public review template are unaffected by moderator activity.
Yes. Inline notes attach to the review row with author and timestamp, so a moderator can leave context — trusted author, spam pattern, repeat customer — that the next reviewer sees without rebuilding the conversation.
SleekView reads the underlying post and meta, so translated review posts appear as their own rows. If you assign reviews per language, filter by language taxonomy or assigned post to scope a view to one locale, and bulk-approve per language.
