SleekView for WooCommerce Shipping Royal Mail
SleekView joins wc_orders with the _royal_mail_service, _royal_mail_rate, _royal_mail_tracking_number and _royal_mail_ship_date meta the plugin writes per order. Every Royal Mail shipment lands on one sortable, filterable table.

Royal Mail detail is per-order; the table view is missing
WooCommerce Shipping Royal Mail integrates Royal Mail rates into Woo: 1st Class, 2nd Class, Tracked 24, Tracked 48, Special Delivery Guaranteed, plus International Standard, Tracked and Signed services. Each shipped order saves the chosen service, the resolved rate and the tracking number or barcode as meta.
The default WooCommerce orders screen does not pivot those values into a column. Pulling up today's Tracked 24 shipments, sorting by rate, or filtering to international destinations only is a per-order drill, not a table operation.
SleekView reads the same Royal Mail meta keys joined with wc_orders. Service, rate, tracking number, ship date and destination country become real, sortable columns. Filters scope to one service, one country or one date window and stay saved as a named preset.

Default WooCommerce Shipping Royal Mail admin vs SleekView
Default WooCommerce orders screen
- The orders screen does not surface Royal Mail service as a column
- Sorting by rate or service requires opening orders one by one
- Filtering to UK domestic vs international is not built in
- Tracking numbers live in per-order metaboxes, not on a list
- OBA invoice reconciliation against orders is a CSV exercise
SleekView
- Reads wc_orders joined with Royal Mail meta keys as one dataset
- Service, rate, tracking and ship date as sortable columns
- Filter by service (Tracked 24, Tracked 48, 1st Class, 2nd Class, Special Delivery)
- Save filtered views per country, service or date window
- Inline edits route through Woo CRUD so hooks still fire

Compose precise filters
Combine Royal Mail service, destination country and date range into a saved filter. The morning dispatcher view becomes a named preset.

Shipping ops dispatchers
Filter to today's Royal Mail shipments, sort by service, work the printable list against the Click & Drop or OBA-format labels.
Finance and OBA reconciliation
Export service, rate and tracking columns for monthly OBA invoice reconciliation. The annual Royal Mail account-manager meeting opens on the table.

Filter by destination country or customer to surface every Royal Mail shipment for that scope. Tracked-vs-untracked SLA messaging stays consistent.
The bigger picture
Why Royal Mail shipments deserve a real Woo-admin table
UK Woo stores running Royal Mail route most domestic parcels and letters through one carrier with one of the densest delivery networks anywhere. The plugin records service, rate and tracking on every order, but the default Woo orders screen treats those as per-order detail rather than columnar signal. SleekView puts Royal Mail service, rate, tracking and ship date on a sortable, filterable table where dispatcher, finance and support views are saved presets on the same data.
The plugin keeps owning the Royal Mail rate logic and the OBA-format label production. SleekView is the operational table on top.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for WooCommerce Shipping Royal Mail
No. SleekView reads the service and rate meta the plugin writes regardless of whether OBA is enabled, so non-OBA stores using Click & Drop integration or manual rates also see the same table.
Yes. The plugin saves the chosen service regardless of which rate table produced the quote, so retail and contract rates both appear in the service column.
Yes. International Standard, International Tracked, International Signed and International Tracked & Signed appear as service values. Filter to non-UK destinations for an international-only view.
Yes. SleekView writes through Woo's CRUD layer so order-status, email-notification and tracking-update hooks fire when a row is edited.
Yes. Multi-select rows and apply a bulk action through the standard Woo update path. Tracking numbers persist as the same meta keys downstream tools read.
Yes. Both are distinct services that the plugin records on the order, so they appear as their own values in the service column and can be filtered for separately.
No. wc_orders is indexed on date_created and status and SleekView's joins use those indexes. High-volume Royal Mail stores render in well under a second on typical Kinsta or WP Engine hardware.
Yes. Any filtered view exports to CSV with the same columns shown, ready for the annual Royal Mail account-manager conversation.
