 The templates are separate, but they bind to the same fields. Render both 1080x1080 and 1080x1350 on the same save with no extra editorial work.
 Reels ads use a 1080x1920 vertical full-bleed image. Add a Reels variant of the template that targets that aspect. SleekPixel renders all three on save if configured.
 Carousels use multiple images. Render each carousel slide from a separate post or from a custom post type used for slide content. The Ads Manager carousel still has to be assembled there.
