SleekView for ListingPro: listings as tables
ListingPro stores everything as the listing custom post type with rich postmeta for category, rating, plan, and claim status. SleekView reads those rows and renders one admin grid that directory operators can actually work in.

Every ListingPro listing in one filterable grid
ListingPro is a full directory theme and plugin combo built around a single custom post type. Listings live in wp_posts as post_type=listing, and every operationally useful field, like category, plan, claim status, rating, opening hours, and tagline, sits in wp_postmeta as keys like lp_listingpro_options, plan_id, and claimed. The default WP admin lists those posts with title and date, and hides everything else behind the edit screen.
That is fine when you launch with a hundred listings. Once a directory reaches a few thousand entries spread across cities and categories, operators end up opening every record to change a category, feature a listing, or approve a claim. SleekView joins wp_posts with the relevant wp_postmeta rows and surfaces those fields as first-class columns: plan, claim status, rating, primary category, city, and any custom field you defined.
Inline edits go through ListingPro's normal save paths, so featured flags, plans, and categories all update front-end archives and the search the same way the plugin's own screens do. SleekView is admin-only and never re-implements ListingPro's templates.

Features
What SleekView gives you for ListingPro
Listings by city
Filter ListingPro entries by city, country, or category to keep regional directories tidy. Save per-city views so operators in each market open the queue that matches their work.
Filter by plan and claim
Show only Featured, Pro, or Free plans, or surface only unclaimed entries that need outreach. Combine plan with rating to find paid listings that are quietly underperforming.
Edit details inline
Swap categories, change a plan, or flip a featured flag without opening each listing. Edits route through ListingPro's save paths so the front-end search and category archives refresh.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for ListingPro
Directory operators
Manage thousands of listings across cities and categories from a single grid. Filter by city, sort by rating, and edit featured flags without opening every record.
Sales teams
Spot Free plan listings with high ratings and pitch them an upgrade. Sort by expiry to drive renewal calls and bulk feature listings during paid campaigns.
Moderators
Approve, edit, or trash submissions with bulk actions during launches. Filter pending submissions and claim requests, then clean the directory in one sitting.
The bigger picture
Why ListingPro directories outgrow the default admin
ListingPro is sold as a turnkey directory solution and it works fine when a site launches with a few hundred listings. The pain starts at scale. Operators running a regional directory with thousands of listings across cities and plans cannot work through a default WP list that shows title and date.
They need to see plan, city, category, rating, and claim status next to each listing without opening anything. Sales teams need to spot Free plan listings with strong ratings to drive upgrade outreach. Moderators need to bulk approve a batch of submissions during a launch week.
The data is already there, sitting in wp_postmeta, indexed and queryable. SleekView gives operators a grid over data that already exists. It does not change how ListingPro stores listings, how the front-end search resolves a query, or how claim notifications fire.
It just lets operators run the directory at the scale ListingPro was built to handle.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for ListingPro
Yes. SleekView queries wp_posts with post_type=listing and joins wp_postmeta for fields like plan_id, claimed, and category. That means category, plan, and rating become first-class columns instead of being hidden in the edit screen.
Yes. Plan, featured flag, claim status, and category are all editable cells in the grid. Edits write through ListingPro's normal save paths so the front-end directory templates and search refresh immediately.
Any custom field you defined for listings, whether opening hours, price range, or amenities, surfaces as a column or filter. Operators stop needing to remember which postmeta key holds which value because SleekView shows the labels you configured.
Yes. SleekView is admin-only and never touches the front end. The ListingPro search, the category archives, and the listing detail templates all keep working exactly as configured. Inline edits route through the plugin's save paths.
Yes. Select rows and apply featured flag, plan, or status to all selected listings at once. Useful during paid campaigns when you need to feature thirty restaurants for a food week, or during cleanup when expired listings need to be unfeatured.
Yes. Claim status is exposed as a column and filter, so you can build a view of pending claim requests, see who claimed what and when, and approve or reject claims after verification. Front-end claim notifications still fire through ListingPro's hooks.
Yes. Reviews stored against listings are exposed as a related view, with rating, reviewer, and submitted date filterable. Useful for flagging suspiciously low ratings or moderating a wave of new reviews after a campaign.
Yes. Any filtered grid exports to CSV with the columns you choose. Useful for delivering a list of expiring renewals to the sales team or backing up a category before a bulk reorganisation.
