SleekPixel for FunnelKit

SleekPixel reads each FunnelKit step page and renders a custom OG image from its title, funnel name, and step number. Optin, checkout, upsell, and thank-you pages all get share previews that match the funnel.

Every FunnelKit step page is a public URL with its own share preview

FunnelKit (formerly WooFunnels) is a WooCommerce sales funnel builder with optin, checkout, upsell, downsell, and thank-you steps, plus order bumps and one-click upsells. Each step is a regular WordPress page with FunnelKit metadata pointing at the funnel it belongs to. The funnel logic does its job. The step pages, however, are just WordPress pages, and their social-share preview is whatever your theme defaults the OG image to. Optin, checkout, and upsell pages all share with a generic site logo.

SleekPixel handles the metadata layer FunnelKit does not try to touch. You build one template in the WordPress admin with dynamic fields like {post_title}, {funnel_name}, {step_number}, and any custom field on the post. Every save regenerates the OG image. The FunnelKit step page already has the funnel name and step type stored in post meta, SleekPixel reads those fields directly.

SleekPixel does not modify FunnelKit itself, it works at the post level. FunnelKit keeps doing what it does: step routing, order bumps, one-click upsells, A/B testing, and Woo integration. SleekPixel handles the metadata around the step page so each public URL in the funnel looks intentional wherever it gets shared.

Workflow

From step page to share-ready in one save

1

Design the template

Build a card layout in the SleekPixel admin with shapes, text, and dynamic fields like {post_title}, {funnel_name}, {step_number}.
2

Connect to step pages

Tell SleekPixel to apply the template to the FunnelKit step post type. Each step page renders against the template on save.
3

Save the page

On save, SleekPixel pulls the post's data, renders the template, and writes the image URL into the og:image meta tag.
4

Share anywhere

Twitter, LinkedIn, Slack, email previews all read og:image from the URL. FunnelKit keeps routing the funnel as configured.

Comparison

Generic site logo vs SleekPixel

Default site logo on every step page

  • Every FunnelKit step page shares with the same generic site logo
  • Optin, checkout, and upsell pages look identical when shared
  • Funnel name and step number stored in meta never reach any social card
  • Multiple funnels become indistinguishable in share previews
  • No automation, card creation falls to a designer or never happens

SleekPixel

  • Auto-generated OG image per step page on save, every time
  • Pulls from any field on the page (funnel name, step number, offer)
  • Works on every step type (optin, checkout, upsell, downsell, thank-you)
  • Edit the template once and every past funnel page regenerates
  • Does not touch FunnelKit itself, step routing stays as configured

Features

What SleekPixel gives you for FunnelKit

Per-step templates

Route optin, checkout, and upsell pages to different SleekPixel templates if you want a different visual treatment per step type.

Woo + bump aware

Reference WooCommerce product fields and FunnelKit order-bump meta directly in the template, the same way you would any other ACF field.

OG + Twitter meta

SleekPixel writes og:image, twitter:image, and twitter:image:alt on each step page, no theme code to touch.

Use cases

Where this fits best

Multi-funnel stores

Stores running 5 to 50 funnels get distinct cards per funnel without designing each one. The template family scales with the funnel count.

Upsell and bump shares

Public upsell pages shared in ads or affiliate links get the offer title and price from custom fields, not a default logo.

Affiliate-driven funnels

Each funnel gets a card that affiliates can share. The card stays consistent with the brand they're representing.

The bigger picture

Why funnel step pages need their own share cards

FunnelKit step pages sit at the most expensive part of an ecommerce funnel: paid traffic, affiliate traffic, and partner promos. Every share, ad creative review, and partner link points back to a step URL where the offer lives. The thumbnail that appears with that URL in a tweet, a Slack channel, or an email preview is the moment the offer either looks compelling or looks like every other generic step page.

A site-logo preview on every step makes the optin step look identical to the upsell step. A per-page card that pulls the funnel name and step number directly from the post keeps each step distinct from the share onward, which materially affects click-through rate from social and partner sources. FunnelKit handles step routing, bumps, and Woo integration.

SleekPixel handles the metadata around the page so each step looks like part of the funnel.

Questions

Common questions about SleekPixel for FunnelKit

No. SleekPixel works at the post level by writing the og:image meta tag for the step page. FunnelKit continues to handle step routing, order bumps, and one-click upsells exactly as configured.

Yes. SleekPixel hooks save_post for the FunnelKit step post type, which covers optin, checkout, upsell, downsell, and thank-you steps.

FunnelKit replaces or supplements the Woo checkout depending on configuration. Either way, the step page is a WordPress page, so SleekPixel writes the og:image at save time.

Yes. SleekPixel supports per-category, per-tag, and per-CPT-meta-value templates. Tag step pages by funnel and route each tag to its own template.

If you store the price as a custom field on the step page (or reference the WooCommerce product meta directly), SleekPixel can render it. It does not query Woo tables at render time.

If the funnel name lives in a custom field on the page, update the field and re-save, the image regenerates. Or trigger a bulk regenerate from the admin.

No. The image is rendered once at save time and stored as a static PNG. Visitors load a regular image URL, no rendering happens at view time.

Generated images stay in the uploads folder. The og:image meta tag stops being written, so new shares fall back to whatever your theme outputs.
