SleekPixel for specialty coffee roaster
A washed Gesha from Boquete, a natural Sidra from Colombia, a Tanzanian peaberry. Each new crop on the website saves with a 1000x1500 Pinterest pin and a matching OG card.

Every harvest is a release event, and each lot wants its own card
A specialty roaster releases coffees the way a record label releases albums. A washed Gesha from a single farm in Boquete drops in May, a natural Sidra from Cauca lands in July, an experimental anaerobic shows up for a weekend in September. Each release sells through in a few weeks, and each one wants a pin for Pinterest, a square for Instagram, and an OG image for the product page on the roaster's site. The data lives in WooCommerce or the coffee CPT already, but the cards keep getting rebuilt in Canva.
The fields are full. Origin country, region, farm, producer name, altitude, varietal (Gesha, Sidra, SL28, Bourbon), processing (washed, natural, honey, anaerobic), cupping score, bag weight, price, available bag count, hero shot of the bag, hero shot of the cherry. Typing has been done once. The work that keeps repeating is composing those facts into an image at 1000x1500 that looks like the roaster, not last week's release.
SleekPixel reads the coffee product or post and renders the Pinterest pin on save. Origin, varietal, processing, and score land in the layout. The PNG saves to uploads, the og:image wires into the product page, the pin is ready to schedule into Tailwind or post manually. The new release ships with the same look as the previous twelve.

Comparison
Default coffee roaster image vs SleekPixel
Default coffee roaster image
- Roaster builds a Canva pin per release, sometimes during a shift
- Origin and farm names get misspelled (Hartmann, Ninety Plus, Aida Batlle)
- Cupping score on the pin drifts from what the QC sheet says
- Washed, natural, and honey lots use slightly different templates each season
- Wholesale partners share the roaster's pins with their own retypings
SleekPixel
- Save the coffee product, the 1000x1500 Pinterest pin lands in uploads
- Origin, farm, varietal, process, and score pulled from product fields
- Vertical 2:3 format sized for Pinterest, Instagram Reels covers, and TikTok
- Bag count and remaining stock can render as a small inventory badge
- Single template across new crops keeps every release on the same brand
Features
What SleekPixel gives you for specialty coffee roaster
Card per lot
Every new crop, single farm, and competition lot saves with its own pin. Origin and score come from the product, not a Canva file.
Origin-aware
Country, region, and farm render in the same hierarchy every release. A regular spots the origin before reading the headline.
Process tag
Washed, natural, honey, anaerobic, lactic. The processing badge renders consistently so customers can scan a Pinterest grid by style.
Use cases
Who uses SleekPixel for specialty coffee roasters
Direct trade roasters
Single-farm releases with full origin info render as pins from the product post. The pin matches the producer story on the product page.
Competition roasters
CoE lots and CoE-adjacent purchases render with the cupping score, the auction lot number, and the producer name in the same template.
Multi-roastery groups
A group with two or three roasting locations keeps every release on the same template, with each origin rendering on the same brand frame.
The bigger picture
Why specialty coffee customers read every label
Specialty coffee buyers are some of the most attentive customers in any category. They read the origin, they check the processing, they look up the score, and they compare the price per gram. A pin that misnames the farm, or that lists a Sidra as a Bourbon, or that shows a score that doesn't match the cupping sheet, costs the roaster real trust.
The fix is to treat each pin as a derived asset of the green-coffee record. The QC team types the origin, the score, and the process once into the product, and every downstream surface, the Pinterest pin, the Instagram square, the OG image on the product page, falls out of that record. The pin matches the bag, the bag matches the website, the website matches the QC sheet.
A roaster that gets that loop right reads as a serious operation across an entire harvest cycle, which is what convinces a customer to come back for the next crop.
Questions
Common questions about SleekPixel for specialty coffee roaster
Yes. Producer names like Hartmann, Aguilera, and Batlle render correctly because the post stores the data once. Custom web fonts keep accents consistent.
Yes. Templates can be conditional on the process taxonomy. Washed, natural, honey, and anaerobic can each render with a different accent color or icon.
Auction lots can render with the auction year, lot number, and final score together in the same layout. The pin reads as a competition release, not a standard offering.
Yes. SleekPixel reads any post type and any field, so WooCommerce products, ACF groups on a coffee CPT, or a plain post type all map onto the pin template.
Yes. The PNG is in the uploads folder and the og:image wires into the product URL. A wholesale partner can share the URL and the link unfurls with the pin.
No. SleekPixel renders the PNG and saves it to uploads. Posting to Pinterest, Tailwind, or Instagram is a manual step from those platforms or a scheduler.
Yes. One save can render a 1000x1500 pin, a 1080x1080 Instagram square, and a 1200x630 OG image. Each format is configured once and renders together.
Editing the product and flipping the stock status to sold-out re-renders the pin with a sold-out badge. The image stays attached to the product URL for archive shares.
