A padel club's week is a calendar of open play nights, leagues, and the occasional tournament. Each event wants a clean square card with the date, the time, the format (americano, round-robin, fixed pairs), the court count, the level cap, and the price. Each one has to land before members open the booking app, otherwise the slots fill on word of mouth alone.

The data is already on the WordPress site. The event CPT carries the level, the format, the courts, the time slot, the price, and the registration link. The work of typing has been done when the director set the schedule. The gap is the 1080x1080 PNG that staff would otherwise rebuild in Canva each time a new night gets added.

Padel is a sport people pick up while traveling and then keep playing at home. A visiting player in a new city searches the local clubs the night before, looks at three or four Instagram feeds, and books at the club whose grid reads as serious. The serious grid is not the one with the best photos, it is the one where every event card uses the same fields in the same place so the information lands in a glance.

A scattered feed asks the visitor to read carefully, and most do not. Templated cards rendered from the event CPT remove that friction. The director focuses on the schedule, reception focuses on bookings, and the grid stays steady through every season of open play, league rounds, and one-off tournaments.
