SleekPixel for WP Schema Pro

WP Schema Pro lets editors define schema markup once per post type and bind it to existing fields. SleekPixel uses the same field bindings to render a share card per post, so every schema-mapped post ships with a matching LinkedIn-sized preview.

Mapping is done once, the share card should not need redoing per post

WP Schema Pro (the Brainstorm Force schema plugin in its earlier branding) is built around one idea: schema is a structural decision, not an editorial one. Map a post type to a schema type once, point each schema field at an existing custom field, and the markup is correct across the entire post type from then on. Editors stop filling in JSON-LD by hand, the developer stops fielding 'how do I add review schema' tickets, and the rich results stay consistent.

Share images break that model. Even after the entire post type is mapped to Course schema or Review schema, the OG image is still set per post, by hand, or it falls back to the theme default. The structural discipline that made schema bearable does not extend to the visual layer, so the marketing team either accepts generic previews or accepts that someone has to draw a card per post.

SleekPixel applies the same once-per-post-type logic to share rendering. One template per post type. Slots reference the same custom fields WP Schema Pro maps. Saving a post renders the card. New posts in that post type render automatically. The share card is now as structural as the schema, drawn from the same source on the same trigger.

Workflow

From WP Schema Pro mapping to branded card

1

Map the post type in WP Schema Pro

Choose the schema type and bind its fields to the custom fields already on the post type.
2

Build a SleekPixel template for the post type

Drop a 1200 by 627 (or other) template and bind slots to the same custom fields.
3

Render on save

Saving any post in the mapped post type renders the card. The schema markup updates in parallel.
4

Ship the post

Rich results and LinkedIn previews are both drawn from the same fields, both updated by the same editorial action.

Output

Sample WP Schema Pro card

A 1200 by 627 LinkedIn-ready PNG: course title, duration, start date and provider, rendered from the same fields WP Schema Pro maps to Course schema.

Format: PNG, LinkedIn post Dimensions: 1200 × 627

Comparison

Default schema-mapped share vs SleekPixel card

Default theme OG image

  • Schema-mapped post types still share with the theme banner
  • Custom fields driving schema never reach the share preview
  • Course duration, review rating or product price stays in the markup only
  • Each post still demands a manual OG upload or falls back to default
  • The structural model of WP Schema Pro stops at the head tag

SleekPixel

  • One template per post type, mirroring WP Schema Pro's mapping model
  • Per-post LinkedIn-sized card rendered on save
  • Reads the same custom fields the schema mapping references
  • Coexists with WP Schema Pro JSON-LD output, no conflict
  • Bulk re-render the post type when the brand changes

Features

What SleekPixel gives you for WP Schema Pro

Once-per-post-type templates

Bind a template once for the post type, the way WP Schema Pro binds a schema once. Every new post inherits the binding without per-post setup.

Course-aware variant

Course post types render a card with course title, duration and start date, drawn from the same fields the Course schema reads.

Re-renders on edit

Editing a mapped field re-renders the card and updates the schema in parallel. The two surfaces never drift out of sync.

Use cases

Who uses SleekPixel for WP Schema Pro

Course and certification sites

Training providers running Course schema across dozens of cohorts ship per-cohort LinkedIn cards from the same field set.

Multi-author review sites

Review publications with Review schema mapped across editors share per-review cards with rating and item rendered.

Service-area businesses

Local service brands mapping LocalBusiness schema across city pages ship matching cards per service area.

The bigger picture

Why a once-per-type model deserves a once-per-type card

The reason WP Schema Pro caught on is that schema is too systemic to maintain post by post. Map once, edit normally, the markup stays correct. The same logic applies to share images, but the WordPress ecosystem has been slow to extend it.

SleekPixel applies the model directly: one template binding per post type, the same fields driving both layers. A course provider mapping Course schema gets a Course card by default; a review publication mapping Review schema gets a Review card. The editorial team writes posts.

The system handles schema and share image together, from the same source, on every save. Brand refreshes become a single template change followed by a bulk re-render. New cohorts, new reviews and new service areas inherit everything.

The discipline that made WP Schema Pro worth installing finally shows up on every link the brand drops into a feed.

Questions

Common questions about SleekPixel for WP Schema Pro

Yes. The plugin from Brainstorm Force has been called both names. SleekPixel works with the underlying field references, so the naming difference does not affect the integration.

Yes. Each post type gets its own template, the same way each schema type gets its own mapping. SleekPixel supports as many templates as the site has mapped post types.

A post can render JSON-LD for several schema types simultaneously. The share card stays a single image; the template picks the dominant schema or renders a hybrid layout.

Yes. WP Schema Pro maps to whichever provider the site uses. SleekPixel reads the same field keys, so any of the major custom-field providers works.

Yes. A per-post override can replace the rendered card with a hand-uploaded image when a particular post deserves a custom treatment. The default flow handles everything else.

If both the schema mapping and the SleekPixel template reference the same field, yes, automatically. If you swap the underlying field key in the mapping, update the slot binding too.

Yes. WooCommerce products are a post type, and Product schema can be mapped through WP Schema Pro. SleekPixel renders a product card per item, with name, price and stock status.

No. Rendering runs async on save. Even a publication shipping hundreds of posts a day sees no editorial slowdown; renders queue and complete in the background.
